You can buy them by card or crypto, or earn them through missions, surveys and offers, rewarded ads, gem drops, vouchers and gift codes, affiliate referrals, and a subscription's monthly gems. Check your balance and transactions under Account → Balance History, and your plays under Account → Game History.
