This article answers the three questions players ask most often about withdrawals: what does it cost, is there a limit, and where has my withdrawal got to. It covers all three withdrawal types on BOXED, physical cards, crypto, and CS2 skins.
Quick summary
A physical card withdrawal costs a shipping fee paid in gems, plus a fulfilment fee where one applies, and the total is shown on the confirmation screen before you commit. Cards withdrawn within 24 hours of each other share one shipping cost for up to 15 cards, and a single withdrawal can hold up to 75 cards. Crypto and CS2 skin withdrawal fees are quoted live at the moment you withdraw. Value limits on crypto and skin withdrawals depend on your own account, and they rise as your account history and tenure build and after you complete identity verification. The status of every withdrawal you have ever placed is listed under Withdrawal History in your account area.
What a withdrawal costs
Physical cards
The cost of a physical withdrawal is a shipping fee charged per item in gems rather than in money, plus a fulfilment fee where one applies to the order. The exact total is calculated and displayed on the confirmation screen before you commit, so you always see the price before you agree to it. The two things that move the figure are the destination country and the number of cards in the shipment.
There are two ways to bring the cost down. The first is batching: cards withdrawn within 24 hours of your first card share a single shipping cost for up to 15 cards, so withdrawing five cards in one sitting costs considerably less than withdrawing them one at a time across five days. The second is a shipping discount consumable, which reduces the shipping component of a withdrawal when you apply it to the order. Graded slabs obtained through the Marketplace ship individually and are not combined with raw card orders. The full breakdown of shipping is in Shipping: tracking, timelines and costs, and the step-by-step process is in Withdrawing a physical card.
Crypto withdrawals
Crypto withdrawals carry a network fee, which is displayed at the time you withdraw so you can see the net amount before confirming. Network fees are set by the blockchain rather than by BOXED and move with network conditions, which is why the figure is quoted live rather than published here as a fixed number. Full detail is in Crypto (ETH) withdrawals.
CS2 skin withdrawals
Skin withdrawals are delivered through a Steam trade offer, and any applicable fee is shown at the point of withdrawal. The delivery process, including Steam Trade URL requirements and trade holds, is covered in CS2 skins: sending and withdrawing to Steam.
Limits
There are two kinds of limit on BOXED withdrawals: fixed limits on how an order is built, and account-based limits on value.
Order limits on physical withdrawals
A single withdrawal can contain up to 75 cards. If you want to withdraw more than that, you can place more than one withdrawal.
Up to 15 cards withdrawn within a 24 hour window share one shipping cost.
Graded slabs obtained through the Marketplace are withdrawn one at a time.
Physical shipping is available to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Account-based limits
Crypto and skin withdrawals are subject to value limits that depend on your individual account rather than on a single published figure. BOXED uses a tier system: newer accounts start on a lower tier, and accounts move up as verified history and tenure build. Your applicable limit is always shown to you at the point of withdrawal, so you never have to guess what it is.
These limits are not fixed forever. If the limit shown to you is lower than you expected, there are three things you can do. Complete identity verification (KYC) if you have not already, since verification raises your tier. Keep using your account normally, since the limit rises with account tenure. In the meantime, you can withdraw up to the limit shown, or use a different route such as a physical card withdrawal, which is governed by the order limits above rather than by the account tier.
What you need before you can withdraw
Crypto and skin withdrawals require both a verified phone number and completed identity verification. Both can be completed from your account settings.
Editing a saved withdrawal method requires a verified phone number.
Items from free signup boxes cannot be sold or withdrawn until you have purchased at least 500 gems on your account. Once you pass 500 gems purchased, those items behave like any other item.
A negative gem balance restricts activity until it is brought back to zero or above. See Gems: the complete guide.
Regional availability. BOXED is not available at all in Michigan, Washington, Louisiana, and South Carolina, and there is no alternative route or workaround for accounts in those states. Elsewhere, if a specific action is refused, see Regional availability and "action not permitted" errors.
Checking your withdrawal status
Every withdrawal you have ever placed is listed under Withdrawal History in your account area, with its current stage. That page is the single source of truth for where an order stands, and it updates as the order moves.
The stages you will see are:
Pending: the withdrawal has been placed and is queued. This is the stage at which an order can still be cancelled and at which a shipping address can still be corrected.
Processing: the order is being prepared. For physical cards this covers pulling the item from storage and packing it.
Shipped or sent: the order has left us. Physical orders show tracking at this point, crypto shows the transaction on-chain, and skins arrive as a Steam trade offer.
Completed: the withdrawal has been fulfilled.
Typical timing
Physical cards: typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks of the withdrawal being placed, and up to 5 weeks for high-demand items marked with a turtle icon. After dispatch, parcels typically arrive within the carrier's stated window from the ship date.
Crypto: usually completes within about a day, after which the transaction is visible on-chain.
Skins: delivered by a Steam trade offer, so keep an eye on your pending Steam trade offers and make sure your Steam account is able to receive trades.

Common questions
How much does it cost to withdraw?
What a withdrawal costs depends on the type. A physical card withdrawal costs a shipping fee paid in gems plus a fulfilment fee where one applies, and the total is shown before you confirm. Crypto and skin withdrawals carry a fee that is quoted live at the moment you withdraw. In every case you see the amount before committing to the order.
Can I reduce what a physical withdrawal costs?
You can reduce what a physical withdrawal costs in two ways. Batch your cards, since up to 15 cards withdrawn within 24 hours of each other share a single shipping cost, and apply a shipping discount consumable to the order if you have one.
Where do I see my withdrawal status?
You can see the status of any withdrawal under Withdrawal History in your account area. Each order shows its current stage, from pending through processing to shipped or completed, along with tracking once a physical order has been dispatched.
Is there a limit on withdrawals?
Yes, limits apply to withdrawals. A single physical withdrawal can hold up to 75 cards, up to 15 cards withdrawn within 24 hours share one shipping cost, and graded slabs are withdrawn one at a time. Crypto and skin withdrawals carry account-based value limits which are shown to you at the point of withdrawal.
How do I increase my withdrawal limit?
You can increase your withdrawal limit by completing identity verification if you have not already done so, and by continuing to use your account, since limits rise with verified account history and tenure. The limit that currently applies to you is always displayed at the point of withdrawal.
How long should a crypto withdrawal take?
A crypto withdrawal usually completes within about a day, after which the transaction can be seen on-chain. If more than a day has passed and Withdrawal History still shows it as pending, please ask to speak to a human and our team will look into it.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes, a withdrawal can be cancelled while it is still showing as pending and has not yet been dispatched or sent. See Cancelling an order or withdrawal for the steps and for what happens to the item and to any gems you paid.
My skin withdrawal shows as sent but nothing arrived in Steam. What now?
If a skin withdrawal shows as sent but nothing has appeared, check your pending Steam trade offers and confirm that your Steam account is able to receive trades and is not subject to a trade hold. The detail is in CS2 skins: sending and withdrawing to Steam, and if it still has not arrived, please ask to speak to a human and our team will look into it.
