Gem vouchers, gift codes & free gems

Gem vouchers (card replacements), redeeming gift codes, and how free gems are credited.

Here's how gem vouchers, gift codes, and free gems work — they're three different things.

TL;DR

A gem voucher replaces a card you won that's no longer available; you can exchange it in the Marketplace for a graded slab, withdraw it via crypto (with crypto access), or sell it for gems. Gift codes from support or creator giveaways are redeemed under Refill (or Get Gems) → Gift Code, and they're single-use and may expire. Gems from gem drops, missions, and other on-site free methods go straight to your balance — there's no code to enter.

Gem vouchers

If a card you won (for example from a vending machine, or a rare 1-of-1) is no longer available, it's replaced with a gem voucher. You can use a gem voucher to:

  • Exchange it in the Marketplace for a graded slab,

  • Withdraw it via crypto, if you have crypto access, or

  • Sell it for gems — the value is added to your balance.

Gift codes (from support or creator giveaways)

Have a gem code from support or a creator giveaway? Redeem it under Refill (or Get Gems) → Gift Code. Codes are single-use and may expire — enter the code exactly.

Gem drops, missions & other free gems

Gems from gem drops, missions, and other on-site free methods go straight to your balance — there's no code to enter.
