Getting a CS2 skin: what you need
To exchange for a CS2 skin, you'll need identity verification (KYC) completed and a linked Steam account — the same requirements as a CS2 skin withdrawal. A graded slab just needs a shipping address.
Costs & timing
Graded-slab orders ship in 2–4 weeks from the exchange (see Shipping: tracking, timelines & costs); CS2 skins are delivered to your Steam account. Exchanges are placed one at a time. International graded-slab orders may be subject to customs duties or fees.
Important to know
Exchanges can't be cancelled once confirmed — double-check before you place one.
You can't pay with gems or money, and you can't sell or list your items to other users. Everything is a trade between you and BOXED.
