When you withdraw a physical card, it ships to your address from our US-based fulfillment facility. This article covers where we ship, what shipping costs in gems, how long it takes, and what to expect for international orders.

We ship to the US, Canada, and the UK. Shipping is paid in gems — 550 gems to the US, and 1,000 gems to Canada and the UK — and orders arrive in about 2–4 weeks from the date you withdraw, for both single cards and graded-slab (Marketplace) orders. We commit to a ship date, not a delivery date, and there's no expedited option. Orders shipped outside the US may face local customs duties or fees.
