When you withdraw a physical card, it ships to your address from our US-based fulfillment facility. This article covers where we ship, what shipping costs in gems, how long it takes, and what to expect for international orders.
TL;DR
We ship to the US, Canada, and the UK. Shipping is paid in gems — 550 gems to the US, and 1,000 gems to Canada and the UK — and orders arrive in about 2–4 weeks from the date you withdraw, for both single cards and graded-slab (Marketplace) orders. We commit to a ship date, not a delivery date, and there's no expedited option. Orders shipped outside the US may face local customs duties or fees.
Where we ship and what it costs
All orders ship from our US-based fulfillment facility, and shipping is paid in gems.
Region | Shipping cost | Estimated delivery |
United States | 550 gems | 2–4 weeks from withdrawal |
Canada | 1,000 gems | 2–4 weeks from withdrawal |
United Kingdom | 1,000 gems | 2–4 weeks from withdrawal |
Both single cards and graded-slab (Marketplace) orders ship in 2–4 weeks from the date of withdrawal.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to additional duties, taxes, clearance fees, or extra shipping costs. These are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.
How a physical withdrawal works
Choose the card(s) in your inventory and start a withdrawal to your address.
Your order is processed and prepared for shipment.
Your order ships, and you receive tracking.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link. Carrier tracking can lag behind the package's real movement, so gaps between scans are normal.
