Whether something can be cancelled depends on the type and how far along it is. Here's the breakdown.
TL;DR
You can cancel an entire order while it's still pending (before it's dispatched); contact support to cancel a single card within an order. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, and Marketplace (graded-slab) withdrawals are final once placed. For crypto and skin withdrawals, contact support as soon as possible — we can only act before they're submitted. Cancelling stops an order before it goes out; getting your money back for gems is a refund instead.
Orders (physical card withdrawals)
You can cancel an entire order while it's still pending (before it's dispatched).
To cancel a single card within an order, contact support.
Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. You can try refusing delivery so it returns to us, but that isn't guaranteed.
Graded-slab (Marketplace) withdrawals
Marketplace cancellations aren't possible — a graded-slab exchange is final once placed, so double-check before you confirm.
Crypto & skin withdrawals
If you need to stop one, contact support as soon as possible — we can only act before it's submitted/sent.
Cancelling vs refunding
Cancelling stops an order before it goes out. If you've been charged for gems and want your money back, that's a refund — see Refunds & what's refundable.
