Cancelling an order or withdrawal

What can be cancelled and when — orders, Marketplace, and crypto/skin withdrawals.

Whether something can be cancelled depends on the type and how far along it is. Here's the breakdown.

TL;DR

You can cancel an entire order while it's still pending (before it's dispatched); contact support to cancel a single card within an order. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, and Marketplace (graded-slab) withdrawals are final once placed. For crypto and skin withdrawals, contact support as soon as possible — we can only act before they're submitted. Cancelling stops an order before it goes out; getting your money back for gems is a refund instead.

Orders (physical card withdrawals)

  • You can cancel an entire order while it's still pending (before it's dispatched).

  • To cancel a single card within an order, contact support.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. You can try refusing delivery so it returns to us, but that isn't guaranteed.

Graded-slab (Marketplace) withdrawals

Marketplace cancellations aren't possible — a graded-slab exchange is final once placed, so double-check before you confirm.

Crypto & skin withdrawals

If you need to stop one, contact support as soon as possible — we can only act before it's submitted/sent.

Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling stops an order before it goes out. If you've been charged for gems and want your money back, that's a refund — see Refunds & what's refundable.
