Changing your shipping address

How and when you can change a shipping address (before dispatch, via support).

Need to update where an order ships? Timing matters — here's what's possible.

TL;DR

A shipping address can be changed only before the order is dispatched, and the change is handled by support — so contact support as soon as possible with the correct address. Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed, and orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly aren't our responsibility. Address changes on graded-slab (Marketplace) orders may not be possible. Set your default shipping address correctly before you withdraw to keep new orders going to the right place.

Before your order is dispatched

A shipping address can be changed only before the order is dispatched, and the change is handled by support. Contact support as soon as possible with the correct address.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed. If it goes astray, see Lost or undelivered packages. Orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly aren't our responsibility.

Graded-slab (Marketplace) orders

Address changes on graded-slab orders are not be possible.
