You can change your shipping address at any time from your account settings. Your new address applies to future withdrawals. It does not change the delivery address on a withdrawal that is already in progress.

Update your shipping address under Settings, then Withdrawal Methods, then Edit shipping address. The new address applies to any withdrawal you submit after saving it. If you have already submitted a withdrawal and need it to go somewhere else, cancel that withdrawal and submit a new one using the updated address. Marketplace orders cannot be cancelled, so they cannot be redirected. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
How to update your shipping address
You can update your shipping address yourself at any time. You do not need to ask anyone to do it for you.

What your new address applies to
Saving a new shipping address changes where your future withdrawals will be sent. It does not affect withdrawals you have already submitted.

Redirecting a withdrawal you already submitted
If you have already submitted a withdrawal and you need it sent to a different address, you can cancel that withdrawal and submit a new one using your updated address.
Update your shipping address using the steps above
Cancel the withdrawal that is going to the wrong address
Submit the withdrawal again, which will now use your new address
Cancelling is only possible before the order is dispatched, so do this as soon as you can. For what can and cannot be cancelled, see Cancelling an order or withdrawal.
Marketplace orders
Marketplace orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, which means they also cannot be redirected to a different address. Make sure your shipping address is correct before you place a Marketplace order.
After an order has shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. If a shipped order does not arrive, see Lost or undelivered packages.
If an order was shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly, we are not able to recover it or send a replacement. Keeping your saved address current is the best way to avoid this.
Common questions
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. You can change your shipping address at any time under Settings, then Withdrawal Methods, then Edit shipping address. Your new address will be used for any withdrawal you submit after you save it.
Will changing my address redirect an order that is already on its way?
No. Changing your saved address does not redirect a withdrawal that is already in progress. That order will still go to the address that was saved when you submitted it. To send it somewhere else, cancel the withdrawal and submit it again with your new address.
How do I get a withdrawal sent to a different address?
Update your shipping address first, then cancel the withdrawal that is going to the old address, then submit the withdrawal again. The new submission will use your updated address. This only works before the order is dispatched.
Can I redirect a Marketplace order?
No. Marketplace orders cannot be cancelled once placed, so they cannot be redirected. Check that your shipping address is correct before placing a Marketplace order.
Can I change the address after my order has shipped?
No. Once an order has been dispatched the delivery address is fixed and cannot be changed. If the package does not arrive, see Lost or undelivered packages.
My order shipped to an address I entered incorrectly. What can I do?
If an order shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly, we are not able to recover the package or send a replacement. If you are unsure whether the address on an order is correct and the order has not shipped yet, please ask to speak to a human and our team can check it for you.
