Logging in: password, 2FA & access issues

Signing in, resetting your password, MFA, and account email.

Trouble signing in, resetting your password, or using two-factor codes? Here's how to handle each.

TL;DR

Sign in with your account email and password, and reset the password from the sign-in screen or under Settings if it isn't working. You can enable or disable MFA under Settings, and if you've lost access to it, contact a support agent. Your account email can't be changed, and a locked account is a separate issue.

Can't sign in?

Make sure you're using the email and password for your account. If your password isn't working, reset it (below). If your account is locked, that's a different issue — see Why is my account locked or frozen?

Resetting your password

  • Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the email link.

  • Already signed in? Go to Settings → Change Password.

Didn't get the reset email? Check spam, confirm your account email, and try again.

Two-factor / multi-factor authentication (MFA)

  • You can enable or disable MFA under Settings → MFA.

  • If you've lost access to your MFA, contact a support agent for help.

Your account email

Your account email can't be changed.
